Manage your SmartPortal365 easily via the integrated desktop. Your digital workplace is adapted exactly to your needs. The design of SmartPortal365 can be changed in color. You can take your company's corporate design into account and even include the company logo.

News

A really great function are the internet news. You can view your favourite sites with current events on your digital workplace.

Company news is a central element for the digital workplace. Authorized users can publish and edit news. Company information can therefore be easily shared with the entire workforce. Additional social functions make it possible to link and comment on posts. This stimulates exchange and communication within the entire team.

Workspaces

Workspaces can be opened for project groups and working groups. Each team member is always up to date on the latest project status. Even cross-company working groups can be set up. For example, a project can cover the following functions:

The global navigation that displays all SharePoint sites and teams is always visible, even if you are on a single SharePoint page. You can easily get back to it.
